Color Diary
It is a study on color, using design research tools to adjust moods.

Today, many people are troubled with emotions. Inspired by previous research achievements, we have developed this project intending to solve this problem by recording people's changing feelings in colors.
As a result of collective efforts, the project also explores the role of colors. As we worked on it, we managed to create, aided by various design tools, a more convenient and color-related method to keep a diary.

Why do I focus on emotion problems?

Recording is an effective solution to emotion problems.
In the study, Correcting behaviors and policing emotions: how behavioral infractions become feeling-rule violations, Barrett's (2016) argues that when changes occur in one’s emotions, he or she needs to know the causes in order to solve specific emotional problems appropriately.

Strength: Labels can provide ideas for users who don’t know what to record, thus saving
much time.

Weakness: These traditional labels are in a lack of logicality, thus making users confused.
